iTrackSports Baseball Edition is an application created in concert with the Amaeur Softball Association of America (ASA).  This application has the ebility to do everything from registering individuals (Players, Coaches, Managers, Tourament Directors, etc...), to tracking teams and leagues, to tournament management, to a full featured Bracketing System.  This application can be tailored to suite YOUR needs.

What do we mean by Flexible?  iTrackSports can easily be implemented in small Sports Organizations or very large Organizations with people all over the country.  Support for a structure like: Area Directors, Regional Managers, League Managers, and even support staff that crosses all boundaries of the system is not a problem.  Each Level in the Hierarchy (Think of a company organization chart) can only see what they can inherently see, thereby creating an unlimited number of "Virtual" organizations and "Virtual Organization" Hierarchies inside a larger system.  As you move UP a "Virtual" Organization hierarchy, you have access to more and more information.

WOW...that is complicated, and my organization is simple.....NO PROBLEM, you do not have to deal with all of the complexity, you can have a very simple system for your organization, but you will have access to use the the features of a large organization.

• Need to track invoices? The ability is there!
• Want to track the invoices that have been fully or partially paid so you can match a bank DEPOSIT? iTrackSports can do that too!
• Want to print Proof of Insurance and Additional insured certificates directly from the application?  The system allows you to do this right out of the box! 
• Need to track an automate additional insured requests, approvals and denials? It is built in if you want that feature enabled!

Do you need your coaches, assistant coaches, and others to go through a background check? iTrackSports integrates with background check services. Depending on the area that someone lived in, some individual background checks may take time and you don’t want to hold up everyone else and you don’t want to constantly keep checking on them, right? NO WORRIES!  iTrackSports keeps checking periodically until that one background check finally comes through.
